Dan couldn't understand why I wanted to watch this - especially when Toy Story was half way through on the other side. But I had watched the first Night at the Museum, and quite enjoyed it. And much as I love Toy Story, I've seen it a lot.
Night at the Museum 2 is more of the same. This time, the museum exhibits are being moved into storage at the Smithsonian in Washington, but they still come to life. It's up to Larry Daley (Stiller) to save them - even though he's now a famous, successful businessman, rather than a night guard at the museum.
I was just as happy watching Night at the Museum 2 as I was watching Night at the Museum. I knew what I was getting - silly, happy fun that didn't take itself too seriously - and I was happy with it.

I'm orginally from Exeter, so moving back to Bristol is a bit like coming home - especially as I studied for my undergraduate degree here (also at UWE). I love travelling and movies, although I get to do a lot less of both since the birth of our children. Although we have still managed to fit in holidays to the Isles of Scilly, Chamonix and a summer in California since Joe was born.
