I wasn't necessarily expecting a lot from this - I just wanted an easy romantic comedy to watch. I had heard that it wasn't bad though, so did have some hope that it wouldn't be awful.
You won't be surprised by the ending of Win a Date with Tad Hamilton! - but then, you're not really supposed to be. What's nice about this movie is that although you know how it's all going to end, the way it gets there is actually quite surprising - and really rather enjoyable. As the review I was reading said, this is what's meant by a feel-good movie.
